Welcome to Wishbit ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Wishbit mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By accessing and using Wishbit, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
Wishbit is a mobile application that helps users organize and manage wish lists for themselves and their children. The App allows users to capture photos of desired items, track prices, and share wish lists with family and friends.
Free Service: You can use Wishbit for free with the following limitations:
Premium Subscription: For enhanced features, you may purchase a premium subscription which includes:
Auto-Renewable Subscription: Wishbit Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription.
Subscription Options:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. The cost of renewal will be the same as your initial subscription price.
Managing Your Subscription: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. You can also cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. All wish list data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal wish list data.
You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your images using AI technology solely for the purpose of identifying products and providing price information.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

The App may integrate with third-party services (including but not limited to OpenAI for image recognition and various retailers for price information). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wishbit Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Price information provided by the App is for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. We do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing information from third-party retailers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISHBIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wishbit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
